Zira Moon provides energy readings for entertainment purposes only. Our readings are not a substitute for professional, financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. The information provided should not be used to make important life decisions.

By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge and agree that:

Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only
Results are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as factual predictions
You will not hold Zira Moon liable for actions taken based on reading content
If you are experiencing a crisis, you should seek appropriate professional help

3. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

Pay the listed price for the reading ($2.22 per standard reading, $5.55 for a 7-minute live chat session)
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds
Readings are delivered instantly after payment
Each purchase is for one (1) individual reading

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit reading content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Impersonate any person or entity
Use automated systems to access the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Zira Moon, including reading text, website design, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Zira Moon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZIRA MOON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC READING IN QUESTION.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
